What are the Singapore Cable Car operating hours?
Daily from 8.45am to 10pm, with last boarding at 9.30pm. Either line may pause in bad weather.
What does the round-trip cable car ticket cover?
A round trip on both lines: the Mount Faber Line, between Mount Faber, HarbourFront and Sentosa, and the Sentosa Line, between Sensoryscape, Imbiah Lookout and Siloso Point. You can get off at any station on the way.
How long is the cable car ride from Mount Faber to Sentosa?
About 13 minutes one way. A full round trip takes 26 to 30 minutes on the Mount Faber Line and 12 to 15 minutes on the Sentosa Line.
Do children need a cable car ticket?
Children under 4 ride free. A child ticket is for ages 4 to 12, and adult tickets are for 13 and above. Strollers and manual wheelchairs are allowed on board; motorised wheelchairs are not.
Is the Singapore Cable Car worth it?
Not as transport alone: the Sentosa Express monorail from VivoCity costs S$4 to enter Sentosa (children under 7 with an adult ride free), and walking in over the Sentosa Boardwalk is free. What the ticket buys is the view. The Mount Faber Line crosses the harbour between Mount Faber and Sentosa, and the round trip includes the Sentosa Line over the island’s beaches. If you are spending the day on Sentosa anyway, riding it in and out gives you both the view and the journey.
